HR Generalist

Permanent employee, Full-time · Vilnius
Introduction
In this role you will join the company as HR ​generalist and develop our HR operations, foster our corporate culture, while also attracting new and helping to grow existing team members.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all recruitment operations, including job descriptions, sourcing, screening, assisting in the interview process and onboarding.
  • Source new candidates for hiring in various technical and non-technical positions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
  • Build automated, scaleable HR processes that ensure a top-notch employee experience.
  • Introduce and train managers on a structured hiring process to increase overall hiring efficiency to reduce hiring mistakes, and deliver higher quality candidates.
  • Act to support the human factor in the company by implementing performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
  • Create and/or update policies, procedures, and guidelines as needed.
Minimum qualifications
  • At least 3 years experience as an HR generalist in a standalone or small team capacity.
  • Familiarity with all aspects of HR, including compensation, recruitment, benefits, training.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead meetings and presentations.
  • Highly proactive style of work.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in working with small to midsize (ideally - biotech) companies.
  • Life science or Biotech related background.
